I was browsing through my family gallery when I found something extremely random. I have know idea who went and scanned this in and then didn't tell me they uploaded it by I shall find out!

You look like you're about to say "OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!!" xDDDDD But it's sooooo cute... I don't think I ever got to wear anything that girly and cute when I was a kid... mostly 'cause I avoided skirts and dresses like the plague, but... oh well. xD;;;;;
